Fee Schedule

There are two annual prices under each plan based on the complexity of your care and time needed for coordination of care.  

First cost: < 5 diagnoses and/or medications

Second cost: > 5 diagnoses and/or medications. 

Synergistic Healthcare strives to offer individualized care with the utmost attention to detail while supporting your healthcare goals. Private practices are having to transition into annual membership models to compensate the physician and staff for numerous hours needed to advocate for your ongoing care. Insurance continues to limit providers and patients by denying coverage for medications, labs, and therapies creating endless hours of documentation providers must perform (prior authorizations, letters of medical necessity, etc). Business’s are implementing models charging monthly or annual fees to ensure the practice can operate successfully. 

Our goal is to communicate fee schedules that are upfront so we can focus on your health and not the cost. You may either pay-as-you-go or enroll in a membership savings plan at any time.

  New patient: 

$360 <5 diagnosis and/or medications 

$399 >5 diagnosis and/or medications

Follow up/Telemedicine: 

</= 10 minutes $25-45

15-minutes: $50

30-minutes: $99

45-minutes: $149

45-minutes: $175 (Annual Exams)

bioDensity/Powerplate (15-points for session)

$159/month (4-6 sessions monthly)

IV Therapy, Injections: 

Based on ingredients, call for pricing 

Acupuncture (15 points for session)

Add RLT $25

Salt Chamber: $40/session (10 points per session)

Salt Chamber: $89/month, unlimited access

Unlimited access to all ancillary services (includes Salt Chamber, Energy Lounger RLT /NIR Blanket, BioDensity, 2-Acupuncture Sessions)

Points are awarded to membership plans so that you can easily incorporate various therapies to support your health needs. 

Most visits are based solely on time spent with physician, however at times if paper work exceeds 10-minutes of the physicians time or interaction checks are performed with more than 5 medications a coordination of care charge will be added. We will always provide a breakdown of time if asked.  We strive to be fair as possible and enjoy working with other providers to advocate for you healthcare needs.
