Patients that were previously established in Flagstaff, AZ can begin requesting telemedicine visits through CHARM.
In person appointments will be scheduled soon! Our goal is to have the buildout completed and staff trained by 11/03/25.
ALL patients have continued access to their records through CHARM patient portal. All labs, imaging, office summaries (treatment sheets) can be printed to share with other providers.

No. We try to keep our office visit charge at a reasonable cost.
Both providers do not bill insurance and payment is to be provided at the time of service. We can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
