Jacqueline R. Poulos, N.M.D
Dr. Jacqueline Poulos, a board certified Naturopathic Medical Doctor, and owner of Synergistic Healthcare. She provides comprehensive naturopathic primary care services, specializing in endocrine disorders such as Diabetes and PreDiabetes reversal, thyroid abnormalities (Hashimoto's), and bioidentical hormones, with additional training in Naturopathic Cardiology.

Dr. Poulos received her bachelor degree at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond Louisiana. She worked in hospital pharmacy for 13 years prior to medical school specializing in IV infusion therapies, hospital-patient liaison for home intravenous therapy, and managing pharmacy personnel. In 2005 she discovered Naturopathic Medicine after suffering through health challenges and seeking more than the standard treatment. She completed medical school at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in 2011. Post graduation she did additional training with Dr. Decker Weiss, NMD in Naturopathic Cardiology, received certification from Labrix on Bioidentical Hormone Balancing with Dr. Jay H. Mead, MD FASCP and Erin T. Lommen, ND, served as Assistant Professor of Mind Body Medicine with Dr. John Dye, NMD at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, and built a thriving private practice in both Phoenix and Flagstaff, Arizona.
She was excited to move to Prescott after 10 wonderful years in Flagstaff and bring Synergistic Healthcare, a Naturopathic Primary Care Clinic, to serve a community with individualized healthcare needs by combining natural therapies with the best of modern medicine, creating synergy among the physical, mental and spiritual components of healing. Dr. Poulos enjoys any free time outdoors with her husband Elijah and dog Snoopy! They love everything Northern AZ has to offer. Her favorite time of year is the fall when the Aspens turn golden yellow and LSU Tigers play their fight song as they take the field.
Kerry Whaley, Clinical Director
Kerry has an array of past experience in the medical field. She has worked with high volume medical offices and is exceptional at advocating for patient care. She was born in Augusta, GA but raised in Wisconsin (go Packers!), graduated from U of A. She had a great experience working at Boeing Aircraft in Everett, WA. She has lived in Prescott for 22 years and knowledgeable about which physicians are stellar in the area to support referrals if needed.. Kerry excels at meticulous record-keeping, ensuring nothing is overlooked and all information is ready for your physician to provide you with the highest standard of care.
She loves hiking, kayaking, yoga, and anytime outside with her two sheep doodles!
